Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, whilst we try and ensure that the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.

PRICING
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. CONTRACT:
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
Items are non-refundable or exchangeable. We suggest that you make sure you order the correct size. We have a size conversion available on the website. Feel free to contact us with any sizing or general enquiries.
FABRIC CHOICE:
Items will be made in the fabric colour/ pattern specified. However, each garment is individually made therefore unique in production. Due to the production method, the position of the pattern on the garment(s) ordered may differ from that shown on the garment on the website.
Each piece of fabric is dyed using a particular batik process. Therefore, any slight variations in the fabric coloration or print should be regarded as one of a kind and not an imperfection.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:
If on delivery, goods are found to be defective then we must be notified in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We only use your data for our own market research purposes. Information about you will not be shared or transferred to any companies without your consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including without limitation, all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this website (in other terms "Content") are protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Afro-Chique.
